To stay on top of your deadlines, you'll want to see what your teammates are working on.
In Todoist, search for tasks that are assigned to others by typing assigned to: and the person’s name. For example, assigned to: John Smith. Keep in mind that the name should match what the person uses in Todoist.
Quick tip
If you're on the Todoist Pro or Business plans, you can create more than three filters. Save these search queries as filters for easy access later.
Here are some other handy search queries to use to find tasks assigned to others:
